Sustain, enhance, and improve our Kindergarten through 12th grade curricular and extracurricular programs consistent with our philosophy with excellence in mind.

• Maintain a strong chapel program

• Teach all subjects from a Christ-centered Biblical worldview

• Promote prayer for our school

• Encourage strong and God pleasing in-school relationships & through one-on-one mentoring relationships

• Help students to develop their own personal faith in Christ

Remain anchored to our spiritual moorings as we endeavor to instill a biblical worldview and a Kingdom mindset in our students.

Objectives:

• Care for buildings & equipment

• Investigate funding opportunities such as grants & donations

• Plan appropriate fundraisers

• Oversee our long-range plans

• Recruit and delegate volunteer/donor help

Goal:

Be good stewards of the property and facilities entrusted to our care while maintaining a financial base strong enough to accomplish and sustain our mission.

Objectives:

• Serve in the local community

• Strengthen relationships among RCCS parents

• Strengthen partnerships with local churches

• Promote RCCS to potential students/families

• Strengthen business community relationships

Goal:

Build strong relationships within the RCCS community as well as develop a positive presence out into the local community.
